This VIEW host always gets it wrong. For the shooting in NJ was perpetrated by a rogue Organization of Black Jews. It is believed it was the same group who harassed the high school kid in DC as a weirdo Indian guy banged a drum in his ear.

Supreme Court To Hear Argument Re Congressional Subpoenas
If we've learned nothing about our government we've learned that it's confusing.
For congress feels like it should be able to command the executive branch to fork up such as tax returns and anything else it demands. The Democrats in the House didn't want to wait for a court ruling so they created a brand new type of impeachment "Being Mean to Congress".
And for a long time it was not clear that the Supreme Court would get to it soon enough, had they decided to wait for the ruling.
This decision will be important in that the result will be the arbiter if President Trump should turn over his tax returns.
I have no problem with Trump being made to provide tax returns. But so should every other elected member of congress.

Comey Admits He Was Wrong
So I watched former FBI Director, he who loves himself mightily, on this week's Fox News Sunday in interview with Chris Wallace.
Comey said that yeah there were some errors in the filing of the FISA rules but damn, he was a busy guy and left details up to the lower rank investigators.
Wallace sounded surprised. "But Sir, you are the Director of the FBI and the President of the United States was being investigated. Doesn't such a scenario require more of your attention?"
Well of course it did.
And Wallace asked where is being let off of suspicion come from when Horowitz declared that anyone involved in those FISA warrants was not free from committing any crime.
At that point, Comey admitted, SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE.....he was wrong. Comey said the FBI should have not made 17 errors in those FISA warrants.
